This is an environment I created using 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Megascans, and Unreal Engine 4. The idea was to take a piece of concept art from "The Last of Us Part II" and match it exactly.

All of the assets I modeled and textured for the environment. The building, sidewalk, and street utilize a modular workflow. The street and sidewalk use a vertex paint material I created in UE4. The textures for that material were made using Quixel Mixer.
